The Role:
Were looking for an Executive Assistant to the GM / Executive Team to provide proactive, high-level support to our leadership in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Youll act as a key partner to the GM and Executive Team, ensuring smooth coordination across schedules, meetings, and projects. This role requires exceptional organization, communication, and discretion, as well as the ability to anticipate needs and adapt quickly. Location & Work Type: Jerusalem, Israel 4 days in office

What Youll Actually Be Doing:
Calendar Management: Manage the GMs and Executive Teams dynamic calendar; schedule appointments and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones to optimize priorities. Travel Arrangements: Coordinate international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, ensuring smooth logistics. Communication: Act as a liaison between the GM/Executive Team and internal/external stakeholders through clear, professional communication. Build productive relationships with teams at Cross River Bank (U.S.) Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and documents for the GM/Executive Team, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Meeting Support: Attend meetings, take minutes, and track action items to ensure follow-through. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality. Project Coordination: Support special projects and initiatives assigned, including operations, logistics, research, data analysis, and project management. Office Management Support: Collaborate with the Operations team on ongoing office needs and requests.

Requirements: What You Bring to the Table
* Native-level fluency in both English and Hebrew (written and verbal) - Must
* 4+ years of professional experience in a people-facing role, preferably in a tech or fast-paced environment
* 2+ years of experience supporting top-level executives
* 2+ years of experience in general office management
* Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing work environment
