Communications & Social Media Lead we are seeking a stellar Communications & Social Media Lead to join our small but dedicated team! This position is full-time and is available for immediate start. We work in a hybrid format and are in our Tel Aviv office 3 days a week. This position will report to the COO.

We are a start-up nonprofit with technology at its core. We drive the enforcement and improvement of community standards and hate speech policies across the digital space, while empowering efforts to eradicate Jew-hatred with data and Real-Time insights. After launching the first ever open database of online antisemitism in 2022, today, we are the premier research, identification, and monitoring center for tracking antisemitism across social media platforms in multiple languages, globally.
Responsibilities of your job include: Develop and execute the larger communications and PR strategy in partnership with internal teams and external suppliers. You will take the data insights and analysis developed by the Research Team and translate it into consumable content for our participation in conferences (presentations), social media content, research reports, op-eds, blogs, newsletters, an annual report, and more. Day-to-day, you will meet with our teams to understand upcoming projects and insights, plan the communications strategy, and spend time writing, editing, and re-writing. You will be working with external PR suppliers and will be responsible for overseeing the larger organizational communications strategy and guiding the PR suppliers to remain on message. This position may require interaction with and management of digital influencers in a project-specific capacity.

Qualifications:
Identification with our mission. Native English a must. High-level Hebrew strong advantage Communications experience 2 years minimum. Content writing and editing master. Proficiency with social network tools and metrics. Relevant marketing experience strong advantage. Graphic design and visual arts experience or skills strong advantage. Experience in the field of antisemitism, hate speech, or discrimination advantage.
