We are looking for an experienced Security and Network Team Leader to join our IT Infrastructure security group.
As the Security and Network Team Leader at Cellebrite, you will be responsible for leading a team of security and network professionals in designing, implementing, and maintaining a secure and efficient on premise and cloud network infrastructure. You will play a critical role in defining and executing our security and network strategy, driving initiatives to enhance our security posture, network performance, and scalability. Identify security issues and risks, develop mitigation plans, and implement security-focused tools and services. You will also be responsible for developing and interpreting security policies and operational procedures to adhere with best practices and with the CISO guidelines, policies and standards, delivering training materials, and evaluating and recommending new and emerging network and security products and technologies to ensure confidentiality, integrity & availability. Additionally, you will participate act asin tier 2 and tier 3 network and security operations support, incident handling, and projects that develop new intellectual property.
Requirements: Proven at least 4 years experience as a leadership role within a network and security operations team leader role ion a global hi-tech company.
At least 5-years hands-on experience in deploying, managing and supporting critical infrastructure in a highly available 24x7 environment
Vast (hands on) experience with different security solutions including cloud security as Wiz, web Proxy, Checkpoint/Palo Alto FW, VPNs and gateways, WAF, IDP as OKTA and Microsoft, File system security[AI1] [SS2] , EDR, NAC, VPN, EPS, modern CSPM etc.
Experience with different security solutions including Juniper Switches, Arista switches, F5 Big-IP, etc.
Proven experience in ZTNA solutions implementations NW, endpoints, Identity etc.
In depth knowledge of TCP/IP and networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi) including switches APs and WW network management with LAN, WAN, SD-WAN
Experience in building, interconnecting, and supporting networks into AWS Regions and Availability Zones. Including working knowledge and hands-on experience of AWS Transit VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect methodologies.
Deep understanding of network segmentation (VLANs, Micro segmentation, Physical and Logical separations).
Similar experience and knowledge with other Cloud providers such as Microsoft Azure an advantage, VMware Cloud, etc.
Vast experience providing security solutions within complicated environments (physical, Virtual, hybrid, SaaS, and P/IaaS)
Proven Scripting capabilities (Python, Bash, Batch)
Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCNP, or equivalent an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
High level troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to establish and maintain relevant designs documentation.
