We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead gitStream, a core product focused on AI-powered automation and intelligent workflows for modern software development. This role requires a strong technical background and deep product management expertise to drive innovation, optimize developer workflows, and scale AI-driven automation for engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for gitStream, ensuring alignment with mission to enhance software development productivity.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI-driven automation to improve developer experience, reduce cycle time, and optimize software delivery pipelines.
Balance short-term feature execution with long-term innovation, ensuring a scalable and impactful product.
Leverage, develop, and integrate AI tools to enhance code reviews, workflow automation, and predictive insights for developers.
Define and prioritize technical improvements that enhance developer efficiency, automation, and integration with Git providers.
Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
Stay ahead of emerging AI/ML technologies and industry trends to inform product decisions.
Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and GTM teams to drive product execution and adoption.
Engage with customers to deeply understand their challenges, gather feedback, and translate insights into valuable product capabilities.
Partner with enterprise customers and mid-market teams to ensure seamless adoption and impact measurement.
Define success metrics for gitStream and continuously monitor adoption, retention, and customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer usage data to make informed product decisions.
Drive iterative improvements based on real-world developer feedback and performance insights.
Requirements: 5 years of experience in technical product management, preferably in developer tools, DevOps, or software engineering platforms.
Strong technical background ability to engage with engineers, understand complex architectures, and make data-driven decisions.
Experience with AI-powered software development tools (e.g., automated code review, intelligent CI/CD, ML-based insights) is a plus.
Deep understanding of Git workflows, code review processes, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
Proven ability to define and execute a product roadmap in collaboration with engineering, design, and GTM teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to prioritization.
Excellent communication skills ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.
