Required Social & Content Strategist
SUMMARY:
This role sits at the intersection of social media strategy, community building, PR, and content storytelling. Youll own our social voice across platforms, grow and engage our communities, manage PR initiatives, and help shape how our data and insights show up in the world.
You should speak the language of social media, love experimenting with new ideas, and be obsessed with reach, engagement, and creative storytelling.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own and maintain the Social Media Master Calendar, ensuring consistent, timely, and high-impact content across channels
Partner closely with the Marketing Insights and Content teams to develop tailored, data-driven content for each community using our insights; create and publish social content tied to industry news, trends, and real-time events, and develop new social media series that are creative, insight-led, and story-driven
Actively grow and engage communities across social platforms, fostering meaningful conversations, and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely, on-brand manner
Engage followers and leverage advanced social listening tools to understand which topics, industries, and insights resonate most, monitor sentiment, and translate insights into content, messaging, and engagement strategies
Engage with C-suite executives, brands, and retailers on LinkedIn, connecting our insights to their announcements, events, and thought leadership
Help grow our YouTube channel through content ideation, development, and strategic promotion
Continuously analyze post performance to determine which content series should be retired, refreshed, or expanded
Collaborate with the Marketing Events team to create compelling event-related social media series
Be hands-on in the video creation process, leading new ideas from concept through execution
Manage PR efforts, including messaging, positioning, and decisions around data shared with the press
Own the TL;DR monthly LinkedIn newsletter, coordinating closely with our executives and external contributors.
Requirements: Native English Speaker- A MUST
Proven experience managing social media, communications, or PR for a B2B or data-driven brand (at least 2 year)
Deep understanding of X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and video-led social content
Strong strategic thinking paired with a creative, experimental mindset
Passion for growing reach, engagement, and community - not just maintaining channels
Comfort engaging with senior executives, brands, and external contributors
Highly organized, able to manage calendars, series, and multiple initiatives at once
A natural storyteller who knows how to turn data into compelling narratives
Bonus points if you have:
Experience with content writing and a genuine love for the written word
Familiarity with analytics or data-driven storytelling.
