We're seeking a highly motivated and strategic SDR to join our growing team and be a founding member in shaping the future of our sales development function.
This role is pivotal in driving our sales pipeline, and you'll leverage both inbound and outbound strategies while also developing creative campaign concepts to build your own lead pipeline.
Responsibilities:
Individual Sales Development:
Lead the architectural design and engineering vision for our platformIdentify, qualify, and nurture leads through proactive outreach, inbound lead follow-up, and innovative campaign execution.
Utilize effective outreach strategies, including phone, email, social media, and your own creative campaign concepts.
Collaborate closely with sales to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified opportunities.
Utilize CRM tools to track and analyze sales activity and performance metrics.
Process Improvement:
Contribute to the development and optimization of sales processes and workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Event Representation:
Represent the company at industry events and conferences to generate leads and build relationships (2-3 times per year).
Team Leadership (Potentially):
As the team grows, you will mentor and coach a team of SDRs to maximize their potential.
Set clear goals and expectations, and monitor team performance.
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

Requirements: Minimum of 12 months of experience in a sales development role in B2B SaaS.
Self-starter, motivated, and a dynamic thinker with a strategic mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software.
Experience with HubSpot, Apollo.io, Clay- an advantage.
