As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and achieve sales and service objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Investigate and resolve customer complaints and inquiries.
Collaborate with operations, administration, research and development, sales, and other departments.
Utilize organizational tools like SAP and CRM to efficiently manage tasks.
Monitor service response times and delivery alerts.
Liaise with domestic disruption partners and headquarters.
Handle customer complaints, follow up, and ensure resolution with relevant teams.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Requirements: Minimum 2 years of customer service or administrative experience.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills.
Consistent track record of exceeding expectations in customer service and sales.
