We are building our Partnerships Success function and looking for a strong Partnerships Operations Manager to take a key role in shaping and scaling it.
You will take ownership over the operational success of our strategic partnerships, combining hands-on execution with the ability to build and improve the processes, tools, and ways of working that support long-term growth.
Responsibilities
Own and manage day-to-day relationships with strategic partners, ensuring high-quality collaboration and consistent value delivery
Serve as the main point of contact across the full partner lifecycle, from onboarding through ongoing optimization
Build and continuously improve partnership processes, including onboarding flows, performance tracking, QBRs, and reporting frameworks
Analyze partner performance using data, identify trends and opportunities, and drive initiatives to improve outcomes
Identify and execute opportunities to expand partnerships and increase adoption of products and services
Work closely with Product, R&D, Operations, and Finance to address partner needs and drive execution
Leverage AI tools and automation to reduce manual work, streamline operations, and build scalable solutions for partner management
Initiate and lead new partnership-related projects and growth initiatives.
Requirements: 4+ years of experience in Partnerships, Business Operations, category management or customer-facing operational roles such as Customer Success with a strong business and operational focus, preferably background in companies with a product serving the Israeli market(B2B\B2C).
Experience working with business partners or complex customers, including ownership of performance, processes, and ongoing optimization
Experience working with commercial agreements and understanding partnership dynamics in the Israeli market
Proven ability to build structure and processes in dynamic, evolving environments
Highly independent, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
Data-driven mindset with experience in performance analysis and decision-making
Practical experience using AI tools to improve workflows, analyze data, or solve operational challenges
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
Advantages
Background with working with municipalities, parking operators, mobility services, or similar ecosystems
Product-driven partnerships or technical integrations experience.
