Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager Speech and Text Analytics to lead the development and enhancement of AI-driven speech and text analytics solutions. This role will be responsible for defining the product strategy, roadmap, and execution to drive innovation, enhance customer experience, and maximize business value. The ideal candidate has a strong background in AI/ML, speech recognition, natural language processing (NLP), and text analytics, along with excellent stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap:
Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for speech and text analytics solutions.
Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to shape product direction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, UX, and business stakeholders, to ensure product success.
Product Development & Execution:
Work closely with engineering and data science teams to develop AI-powered solutions for speech recognition, sentiment analysis, keyword extraction, transcription, and entity recognition.
Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Prioritize and manage the product backlog based on business impact and customer needs.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality product features.
Customer & Market Insights:
Gather feedback from customers, sales teams, and industry experts to continuously improve the product.
Conduct user research, analyze usage data, and track KPIs to measure product success.
Identify opportunities for product enhancements and innovation in speech and text analytics.
Stakeholder Management & Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding product development and strategy.
Present product updates, business cases, and performance reports to leadership and key stakeholders.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure successful product adoption and customer satisfaction.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
2+ years of experience in product management, with at least 1+ years focused on AI/ML, speech analytics, or NLP solutions.
Technical & Domain Expertise:
Strong understanding of speech recognition, NLP, and text analytics technologies.
Experience working with AI/ML teams to develop data-driven products.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML frameworks.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with contact center analytics, or conversational AI.
Hands-on experience with speech-to-text APIs, sentiment analysis tools, and AI-powered transcription services.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance related to speech and text data (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
