What will you do?
* Take ownership of complex, distributed, high-scale production cloud systems
* Design, develop, and maintain modern CI/CD pipelines to improve R&D delivery and automation
* Build and maintain automated build and deployment processes
* Manage and automate configuration and provisioning of cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
* Integrate TEST automation into CI/CD processes
* Contribute to the architecture and development of cloud-based Big Data solutions
* Design and implement cloud-native monitoring and alerting capabilities
* Drive a culture of automation and continuous improvement
* Stay current with industry trends, DevOps tools, and cloud innovations
* Act as a mentor and technical leader, guiding and supporting team members
Requirements: What you need:
* Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
* 6+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps roles, including leading projects or initiatives
* Strong experience in cloud-based production environments (preferably AWS or GCP)
* A strong automation-first mindset, with a passion for improving efficiency and reducing manual work
* Proven expertise in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD)
* Solid background in Linux administration and networking
* Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker
* Proficiency in Shell scripting and/or Python
* Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, preferably Terraform
* Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting in cloud environments (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
* Familiarity with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket)
* Ability to work independently and take ownership
* Strong communication skills and a team player with a can-do attitude
