Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee end-to-end IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals.
Collaborate with software developers, product teams, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Requirements: Requirements:
Native Spanish speaker with strong communication skills in Hebrew and English.
Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, ideally within the event ticketing domain.
Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of managing cross-functional teams and engaging with customer-facing operations.
Experience working closely with software developers and product teams to ensure efficient project execution.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or similar.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Technical background or familiarity with software development processes.
Experience working in an international, multicultural environment.
Additional language proficiency is a plus.
