Skilled Aveva OSIsoft PI MES Developers for a new project with a prominent food processing cooperative. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in manufacturing execution systems and experience in the food processing industry. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining PI system solutions to optimize our clients operations.
Requirements: Experience in developing and implementing Aveva OSIsoft PI Systems.
In-depth knowledge of PI system architectural components and data linkage
Proficiency in C #,.NET, and SQL programming languages
Hands-on experience with PI Asset Framework (AF), PI Vision, PI data Archive, and PI integrator for Business Analytics
Experience in developing and implementing PI AF models for structured data organization
Familiarity with data integration tools and techniques, including PI Interfaces, PI Connectors, and PI UFL
Ability to configure and manage data flows between PLCs, SCADA systems, and PI system
Knowledge of setting up and maintaining PI data Archive for efficient data Storage and retrieval
Understanding of manufacturing execution systems (MES) and their integration with PI system
Experience with configuring and managing PI DataLink for Excel-based reporting and analysis
