Required Head of community - Studio
Job Description:
As the Head of Community, you'll lead, nurture, and grow our community of creators, fostering meaningful relationships and empowering members to achieve their full potential. You'll design and implement strategies to deepen engagement and advocacy within our creative professional network.
In your day-to-day, you will:
Develop and execute strategies to engage, support, and grow our community of professionals
Create opportunities for active participation and knowledge-sharing within the community
Act as the voice of the community within and advocate for their needs and feedback
Plan and oversee community-focused content, workshops, webinars, and events
Build strong relationships with key community leaders, influencers, and partners
Work closely with product, marketing, and support teams to relay insights from the community and shape product improvements and new features
Track key community metrics and analyze data to inform strategy and demonstrate growth.
Requirements: Proven experience in online community management or a similar role, ideally in the tech and creative industries
Managerial experience with a demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team
Deep passion for digital creation, with an understanding of the needs of designers, developers, and marketing professionals
Experience using creation tools, ideally with firsthand experience using Wix Studio or similar platforms
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders
Strong organizational and execution skills; ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
Creative problem-solver who loves to help and is motivated by seeing others succeed
Proficiency in utilizing social media, forums, and other digital platforms for community building
A strong understanding of current web trends, with experience across key social platforms and digital spaces where the target community is most active
Experience in organizing events, with a strong preference for candidates who have built or managed communities of their own
Candidates with an established online presence who understand digital trends and know how to engage audiences across various social media platforms
A preference for candidates who are creators themselves, whether through social media, blogging, vlogging, or other content creation forms.
