We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Growth Marketer to join our marketing team and lead the charge in content distribution, email marketing, and growth-driven initiatives. This pivotal role focuses on expandingour reach across Europe and the US by generating high-quality leads for partners and financial institutions. As the first hire in this capacity, the Growth Marketing Manager will play a critical role in shaping and executing our marketing-driven growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Distribution:
Develop and execute strategies to ensure maximum visibility of our content, leveraging channels such as email, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Build and optimize distribution processes to ensure consistent engagement with target audiences.
Partner with the content team to ensure alignment between content creation and distribution goals.
Lead Generation:
Focus on generating qualified leads for partners and financial institutions across Europe and the US.
Design and implement campaigns aimed at driving inbound inquiries and nurturing prospects through the funnel.
Utilize HubSpot and LinkedIn to manage outreach, measure engagement, and optimize campaigns for better conversion rates.
Email Marketing:
Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture prospects, build relationships, and drive conversions.
Implement best practices for segmentation, personalization, and automation using HubSpot.
Track and analyze email performance metrics to continuously improve effectiveness.
Paid Media Campaigns:
Manage and optimize paid media efforts, including LinkedIn Ads and other relevant platforms, to amplify our content and generate leads.
Allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI on campaigns.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights.
Prepare detailed reports on lead generation, content performance, and overall campaign success.
Provide actionable recommendations to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team to align on lead handoffs and ensure seamless transitions for potential clients.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns and messaging reflect our brand and objectives.

Number of qualified leads generated (partners and financial institutions).
Engagement rates on distributed content (email open rates, click-through rates, etc.).

Requirements: Skills and Experience:
