We are looking for a strategic and highly motivated Partnerships Manager.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Own relationships with non-US Anzu partners and resellers by:
Helping create the strategy, forecasting, and planning for an international partners program;
Analyzing market trends and identifying new opportunities for reseller partnerships;
Executing a revenue growth plan;
Running business reviews with partners;
Setting and tracking performance goals for reseller partners;
Offering exceptional client service and strategic recommendations to retain business and upsell additional products;
Building and maintaining personal relationships with your contacts and senior figures in the AdTech industry;
Serving as a consultant on in-game advertising as a media channel.
Lead the onboarding, enablement, and activation of partner sales teams to drive the successful sale of Anzu campaigns by:
Carrying out sales training and market positioning;
Onboarding partners teams to expand the ad network's sales;
Managing partner onboarding and lifecycle management;
Collaborating with the sales team to define and implement the full growth plan for each partner.
Represent the partner campaigns internally by:
Coordinating and managing campaign kick-off calls;
Addressing issues throughout the campaign;
Wrapping up campaigns, including alignment and billing issues;
Collaborating with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, operations) to optimize reseller performance and address challenges.
Work closely with the product team to develop offering and alignment with market trends and needs.
Assist the demand sales team with client proposals (excel media plans, specs, etc.).
Represent Anzu at conferences and partner meetings online and offline, working with senior executives globally.
Requirements: 4+ years of experience in sales-oriented, account, or partnership management at a global digital media publisher, advertising technology company, or media agency
Proven ability to analyze campaign data and extract meaningful insights
Strong understanding of the commercial and technical elements of AdTech, including exchanges, DSPs, SSPs, programmatic advertising, and ad servers
Exceptional client service skills, comfortable interacting with and presenting to clients of all seniority levels
Highly independent and motivated with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Team player who is more than willing to take on roles outside of the official job description and wear multiple hats in a startup environment
Self-motivated, self-learner, passionate, and a people person
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Native in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal skills
