We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our sales team, focusing on the EU market. This individual will drive revenue growth by recruiting strategic partners and selling embedded financial solutions to targeted clients across various sectors. The role offers an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal part in scaling our presence in Europe while contributing to our ambitious revenue target for 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner Recruitment and Activation:
Identify, engage, and onboard high-value partners with strong access to embedded finance clients (e.g., financial service providers, SaaS platforms, fintechs).
Ensure active participation of recruited partners, guiding them to generate qualified leads.
Provide partners with onboarding kits, training materials, and ongoing support.
Sales Cycle Execution:
Manage the entire sales process for embedded finance solutions, from lead generation through discovery, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing.
Focus on both small deals (1-month cycles) and large, high-revenue deals (4+ month cycles).
Client Engagement:
Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in target sectors, including fintech companies, financial institutions, and other enterprises requiring embedded solutions.
Understand client pain points and deliver tailored solutions to meet their strategic financial goals.
Performance and Reporting:
Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets, maintaining a balanced pipeline of small and large deals.
Achieve a minimum of 4 active partners per quarter and ensure 50% activation rate within the first quarter.
Update pipelines regularly in HubSpot, ensuring transparency and alignment with the team lead.
Target Audience:
Partners: SaaS providers, fintech platforms, financial institutions, payment service providers, and regional businesses with access to SMB clients.
Clients: Enterprises and mid-market businesses in the EU region requiring cross-border financial solutions, embedded finance capabilities, and FX management tools.
Requirements: Proven track record in B2B sales, partner recruitment, or business development in the financial services or fintech sector.
Strong understanding of embedded finance, FX solutions, and multi-currency management tools.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with fluency in English and proficiency in at least one additional European language (Italian, Spanish, German, etc.).
Experience using HubSpot or other CRM platforms to manage pipelines and report progress.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
