Act as the analytics partner for product managers, providing strategic analysis independently, from high-level requests to actionable insights.
Develop and execute strategies with a focus on client value, measuring progress, and adapting plans as needed.
Apply critical thinking and creativity to solve non-standard problems, always aiming for innovative and impactful solutions.
Analyze data to uncover insights and prioritize tasks efficiently, understanding business needs and maximizing impact.
Collaborate with data engineering to enhance the data platform and champion process improvements and automation.
Communicate effectively, using data to make convincing arguments and advocate for strategic initiatives.
Mentor other Product Analysts and apply expertise in analysis, data visualization, and data mining to provide actionable insights for management.
Requirements: At least 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst or Business Analyst
Proven experience in developing data-driven strategies and adapting to changing project needs
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Accountability & Self leadership- taking full responsibility for tasks E2E, Ability to prioritize business needs
Coherent writing, wording and expression in Hebrew and English
Advantages:
