We are looking for a Client Solutions Manager to add brilliance to our Criteo team. Working on Criteo, the biggest open web targeting platform. You will be a part of the dynamic and supportive team within our company. In this role, you will be working with key advertisers and agencies for the export and the domestic market to support their campaigns on platforms, from assistance with campaign creation to execution. You need to be able to work independently, be proactive and also a team player, as we work on a hybrid work model (mostly from home.
What you will be doing
Plan, execute & manage various digital advertising campaigns including Search Engine Marketing, Social Media & Display.
Identifying opportunities to maximize campaign results on all digital channels.
Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction with outstanding service level.
Assist Sales team to prepare client pitching as required.
Act as an expert in marketing strategy & platform-specific solutions.
Find & offer solutions for advertisers & agencies to reach their business goals.
Educate and work closely with advertisers & agencies to improve their advertising strategies on the platform according to best practices.
Find & present relevant insights from available data to improve the advertisers' campaigns & possibilities within the platform.
Work closely with the advertisers & agencies to uphold a close relationship.
Manage relationships with the advertisers' stakeholders (agencies, partners, platform account managers, etc.).
Work with internal cross-functional teams (creative, analytics, client success, etc.).
Implement all necessary data & result tracking for the advertisers together with the internal & cross-functional teams, in line with the advertisers' KPIs.
Educate advertisers' on platform best practices for creative production & strategy in line with the business KPIs.
Constantly look for result optimization possibilities & inform the advertisers proactively on possible improvements.
Oversee account setup & proactively troubleshoot any possible issues (suspensions, incorrect setup, policy issues, etc.).
This role would also be working with other major media platforms, aside Criteo, that we represents.
Requirements: What will make you a good fit for this role
Minimum of 3 years relevant, hands-on paid media experience - running PPC campaigns (Agency Experience Preferred).
Experience in Using Google AdWords/Facebook Business manager, Google Merchant center.
Understand platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics.
Ability to manage multi-task well in a fast-paced environment and a team player.
Must be numerate and have strong attention to detail.
Passionate about building a career in advertising field.
Fluent written and spoken English and Hebrew is a must.
Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
