The Material Planner team ensures row material availability to support production plan in all sites with minimum stock levels. As a Material Planner you will support production plan with material, including new product implementation (NPI) and work with various teams in our operation division (Engineering, Logistics, Purchasing...). We are looking for a self-motivated, independent employee to join the team.
What you will be doing:
* Schedule the supply of materials to meet production requirements with minimum stock levels
* Day-to-day PR/PO management including expedite Pos and push out when needed
* Take actions in relation to material shortages that affect production
* Allocation of RM between CMS
* Follow up on shipments so make sure items deliver on time
* Minimize obsolete stock and follow up on DEVs
* Analyze ECOs and making sure implementation occurs
* Approve MRP for strategic items and NPI
* Monitor the FC
* Work closely with multiple department in the organization
* Consistently seeking new opportunities to improve processes

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Forecast Analyst (Junior Position) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing data and developing forecasts to support strategic decision-making. The Forecast Analyst will work closely with various departments to provide insights and predictions that drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities - Analyze historical data and market trends to develop accurate forecasts and business insights. - Create and maintain forecasting models using statistical methods and software tools. - Collaborate with departments to understand their forecasting needs and requirements. - Prepare and present reports on forecast accuracy, trends, and business impacts to stakeholders. - Monitor and adjust forecasts based on changes in market conditions or business strategies. - Assist in the development of annual and quarterly business plans by providing detailed forecasts and projections. - Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all forecasting activities.
