Responsibilities
Be responsible for end-to-end recruiting; including research, building robust pipelines for critical skills, sourcing, candidate assessment, interview and offer management.
Identify, develop, and implement innovative sourcing strategies for key roles that result in quality talent pipelines to meet hiring needs now and in the future.
Be comfortable with all aspects of recruiting, such as pre-screening resumes, conducting phone screens, feedback collection, and navigating negotiation conversations.
Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand business objectives in order to provide external insights on the talent market (i.e. demographic trends, employment projections) and to develop a holistic sourcing and hiring strategy.
Be a brand ambassador. Provide a top-tier candidate experience by being a candidate advocate and maintaining a line of communication with candidates at every step of the recruiting process.
Requirements: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Global Talent Acquisition Partner, with a strong focus on high-tech industry recruitment, preferably within product companies in the cybersecurity sector.
Excellent sourcing skills with the ability to find, engage and recruit passive candidates
Experience in recruiting technological positions,
Hands-on experience with various hiring processes (interviewing, writing job descriptions, etc.)
Strong communication skills in English
Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude and ability to work in a dynamic startup environment
High level of energy, motivation, initiative and professionalism
