As a Business Application Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the business by aligning with company objectives (OKRs) and driving the global deployment of G&A processes. Your focus will be on streamlining and supporting existing workflows, while also implementing new processes to enhance efficiency across teams. In this role, youll be a key member of the IS interfaces team, working to automate processes by building seamless integrations between various G&A tools and mission-critical systems such as the company ERP.
A Day In Your Life
Lead the end-to-end processes from requirements gathering to implementation and ongoing maintenance of various applications.
Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and their level of implementation.
Design, track, and report on the progress of work plans and assigned projects.
Build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth project handoffs.
Provide technical support for multiple application users, offering assistance from tier 1 to tier 3 as needed.
Collaborate with business leaders to design and deliver technical solutions that enhance business processes and solve key challenges.
Oversee project resources, budgets, and vendors to ensure delivery meets expectations for time and cost.
Manage IS projects from requirements documentation (URS/FRS) through implementation, user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live, and support phases.
Utilize a strategic approach, balancing high-level business goals with detailed technical execution, leveraging strong analytical skills.
Develop and maintain dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights for business units.
Provide comprehensive support for a range of information systems (ERP, Procurement, Engineering).
Requirements: What You Bring
1-2 years of hands-on experience with ERP systems required- NetSuite ERP significant advantage
Experience with P2P system - significant advantage
Hands-on experience administering enterprise G&A applications (HRIS, P2P, LMS, Travel & Expense) is a significant advantage.
Strong experience with system integrations across multiple and complex platforms (highly preferred).
Proven project management experience with a hands-on approach.
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and develop a deep understanding of business processes.
Strong background in HR, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, or global business processes (highly preferred).
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, both in writing and verbally.
Strong prioritization skills and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
A patient, methodical, and detail-oriented approach to work.
Fluent in both verbal and written communication in English and Hebrew.
