Were looking for an experienced, impact-driven software engineer to lead one of the feature teams within our Tel Aviv-based R&D team. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end feature delivery while combining your hands-on leadership skills together with providing guidance and support to your team members.



What will you do?

Your mission is to own features from design to production while leading and expanding a team of talented Software Engineers, Quality Engineers and Data Analysts. You will collaborate with colleagues to solve complex problems, prioritize deliverables, and overcome design challenges. Additionally, you will drive technical excellence, ensure high product quality, foster innovation, and facilitate timely delivery within an agile environment. Your close partnership with Product Management, R&D, and other stakeholders will span from ideation to delivering tangible customer value.

As tech lead you will make a critical contribution to shaping and developing our products, from design to implementation of a microservices system and different data pipelines.

Technology Stack: C# (.Net Core), NestJS (Typescript), MongoDB, Elasticsearch, MySQL, Kubernetes, AWS and more.
