We are seeking a creative and passionate Social Community Manager to build, engage, and nurture relationships with our audiences across social media. You will act as the voice of the brand, ensuring our online presence aligns with our values, drives engagement, and grows our digital community. Wake up for this:
* Develop and implement strategies to build and nurture a strong sense of community among our users
* Support growth on social media with high-impact community engagement
* Interact with users in comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner, on both organic and paid content

* Monitor trends and share insights with the team

Requirements: * 3+ years of experience in social media at a SaaS company, with a proven track record of growing online communities, engagement and following
* Native English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong copywriting abilities
* Deep understanding of what makes for great social media content (especially on YouTube, TikTok and instagram )
* Proactive mindset
* Experience with tools such as Sprout Social, Later, and Zendesk
* Passion for filmmaking and familiarity with relevant creators in the niche - an advantage
