Marketing Campaigns: Develop, plan, execute, and track high-performing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and achieve Demand Generation objectives
Marketing Automation : To optimize our marketing efforts, we will utilize HubSpot to manage email campaigns, lead nurturing, and customer segmentation.
Event Management: Assist with the preparation, organization, and execution of industry events, to promote our products and services.
Website Management: Oversee and update the company website using WordPress, ensuring content is current, relevant, and engaging.
Analytical Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Product Marketing Support: Collaborate with the product managers to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, product launches, and sales activities.
Requirements:
Experience: 5+ years of proven marketing experience in a Defence company.
Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English (native-level proficiency is a must).
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Marketing Automation systems (HubSpot) and website management (WordPress). Ability to quickly learn new platforms and tools.
Creative and Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop innovative marketing initiatives and execute them effectively.
Hands-On Execution: Experience in executing campaigns that drove quantitative business results with strong attention to detail. Account-Based Marketing campaigns- an advantage.
Strong analytical, data -driven ץ
Team Player: Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Bachelors degree in marketing or related field; advanced business degree
