Responsibilities:
Manage existing Ad Network relationships and create new ones.
Know the process of ad implementation through SDKs, Tags and APIs.
Work closely with the product and engineering teams to implement monetization features
Work with ad networks and internal teams to implement successful ad monetization strategie, for example: Waterfall Optimization
Ensure ads shown on our titles inventory are proper and follow rules that have been setup internally.
Track & report metrics to internal stakeholders on a weekly basis.
Explore new revenue streams and opportunities
Monitor and track monetization performance, analyzing data and using insights to optimize and improve results.
Requirements: At least 4+ years of experience in ad monetization or similar roles within the gaming or mobile app industry/
Familiarity with mobile ad networks such as Admob, Facebook, and IronSource are necessary.
Analytical mindset with good communication and interpersonal capabilities, able to work independently.
Must be able to prioritize multiple assignments, with a high degree of accuracy and function quickly in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
Should be proactive with the approach to suggestions, in order to better revenue.
Hands-on experience in configuring and managing ads through mediation tools for mobile and online.
Should have a keen interest in market research for ad monetization.
