Lead global programs, customer success, and professional services teams, focusing on Data, Analytics, AI, ML & Automation solutions, from ideation and business development to sales and delivery. Represent the latest solutions in Data, Analytics, AI, and GenAI Automation solutions. .
Implements strategies to accelerate the closing of deals. Contributes input on strategies to drive and close prioritized opportunities.
Act as an experienced leader and manager motivated by technology and challenges, with a passion for learning new technologies and innovative solutions and integrating them into solving business challenges.
Demonstrate multi-disciplinary, result-oriented, and customer-focused skills with deep customer understanding and excellent leadership, planning, communication, and relationship-building abilities across geographies and cultures.
Act as a trusted advisor for C-level executives of global companies.
Focus on support and delivery of innovative solutions for a variety of clients, from strategy and proof of value to large-scale transformation projects, maximizing synergies among internal and external stakeholders.
Be responsible for solution strategy, business development, go-to-market, sales, customer success, delivery excellence, and professional services leadership. Create an annual pipeline while building consulting methodologies, assets, and skill sets.
Requirements: Proven track record of leading global programs, customer success, and professional services teams, focusing on Data, Analytics, AI, ML & Automation solutions, from ideation and business development to sales and delivery.
At least 5 years of overall experience in Data and AI solutions.
At least 15 years of overall experience in IT, including project implementation and operations/team management.
Validated experience in customer relationship management.
Fostering a growth mentality, and a deep understanding of business development, and service delivery.
Experienced leader and manager motivated by technology and challenges, with a passion for learning new technologies and innovative solutions and collaborating with them to solve business challenges.
