We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a backend orientation who excels at solving complex challenges and is passionate about building robust and scalable systems. In this role, you will work closely with a talented team of developers, Product, Design, and Data Science to deliver innovative solutions that have a meaningful impact on users' lives.
As a senior engineer, you will focus on backend development while contributing to frontend implementation as needed. You will take full ownership of your projects, from concept to deployment, in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment, while also mentoring team members and driving technical excellence.

Responsibilities:
Backend Development: Design, implement, and maintain backend systems that process and analyze large-scale data.
Full Stack Contribution: Develop features end-to-end, integrating both frontend and backend functionality.
Build scalable, efficient, and secure backend services using Node.js and other technologies.
Collaborate with the Data Science team to integrate advanced algorithms into backend systems, driving data-driven products.
Partner with Product Managers and Experience Designers to brainstorm, strategize, and execute features and improvements.
Ensure architecture and systems are reliable, maintainable, and scalable for future growth.
Lead by example, mentoring junior engineers and contributing to code reviews.
Continuously evaluate and adopt cutting-edge technologies to improve system performance and engineering practices.
Requirements: 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with a focus on backend development.
Strong proficiency with Node.jsa must.
Proven experience in designing, building, and maintaining complex systems at scale - a must.
Experience with ReactJS or React Nativean advantage.
Solid understanding of algorithms, logic design, and system optimization.
Expertise with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Docker, Kubernetes)an advantage.
Strong collaborative skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for creating impactful, user-centric solutions.
A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
