Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
Lead the development and execution of SEO roadmap, collaborating closely with content teams to prioritize initiatives and drive organic growth.
Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities for organic traffic growth.
Oversee all aspects of on-page and technical SEO optimization, ensuring a strong foundation for organic success.
Oversee Webflow updates, ensuring site structure, content, and promotions are optimized for SEO, user experience, and conversion goals.
Manage and prioritize SEO projects, effectively delegating tasks and ensuring timely completion.
Stay up-to-date on the latest SEO trends and best practices, implementing them to maintain a competitive edge.
Analyze SEO performance data, report key metrics to stakeholders, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Monitor competitor SEO strategies, identifying successful tactics and potential opportunities for DoorLoop.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Development, Design) to ensure SEO is integrated across all aspects of the business.
Foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the SEO team, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
Develop and implement AI SEO strategy (Answer Engine Optimization).
Requirements: 8+ years of SEO experience: Deep understanding of SEO methodologies, best practices, and industry trends, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a B2B startup environment.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager.
Exceptional project management skills: Proven ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Data-driven mindset: Ability to leverage data to inform decisions, measure performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaboration & communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Technical proficiency: Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, BrightEdge, and Screaming Frog.
Native or native-like English proficiency (verbal and written) MUST.
Experience with Webflow- Advantage.
Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Tableau reporting- Advantage.
Background in real estate or property management- Advantage.
