we're looking for an experienced Service & Customer Support Specialist to join our team and support the installation, maintenance, and repair of advanced medical devices.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on field experience
- Strong knowledge of RMA processes and FRU inventory management
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain medical devices at customer sites
- Provide prompt technical support and user training
- Manage RMAs and FRU inventory
- Maintain accurate service documentation (CRM/service tools)
- Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, and internal standards
- Collaborate with product teams to improve serviceability

Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of experience in the service field, with an advantage in the medical industry
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with electromechanical systems, diagnostics tools, and troubleshooting techniques.
- RMA/Inventory Experience: Strong background in initiating RMAs and managing FRU stock and logistics.
- Education: Associate or Bachelors degree in Engineering, Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Tools & Systems: Experience with ERP/PLM systems, inventory platforms, and service ticketing tools.
- Travel: Willingness to travel regionally or nationally up to [20]% of the time.

- Language: Fluency in English (spoken and written) is must.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Class II/III medical devices.
- Familiarity with ISO 13485 and FDA QSR compliance.

with ISO 13485 and FDA QSR compliance.
