As our Product Marketing Manager, reporting to the Product Marketing Team Lead, you will shape our product marketing strategy and develop clear, compelling, and effective messaging. Youll collaborate with internal teams and external partners in the fast-paced crypto and blockchain world. As our Product Marketing Manager, you will:
Develop clear and impactful product positioning and messaging strategies and oversee the creation of marketing materials that effectively support product launches and updates, highlighting key features and benefits.
Plan and execute targeted product marketing campaigns to attract prospective users of products.
Collaborate with internal teams such as product, engineering, and sales to ensure messaging and content align with technological breadth and depth.
Participate in briefings, craft messaging, draft blog outlines, social media, and web content, and write long-form content to support marketing efforts.
Manage the timely execution of campaigns and measure their performance to assess impact and success.
Conduct research on the crypto ecosystem to stay informed about the competitive landscape and sharpen competitive advantages.
Collaborate with designers to create high-quality visuals that enhance content and refine presentation decks for senior management, ensuring core messages are effectively communicated and aligned with overarching narratives.
Take an intentional, data-driven approach to continuously refine and enhance the companys marketing messages and materials.
Requirements: Over 5 years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager, specializing in creating content tailored for technical audiences, including developers and other highly specialized groups. Alternatively:
3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager focused on external audiences, with a strong background in deep-tech products.
Engineering, computer science, maths, or physics bachelor's degrees are a huge advantage as well as experience in writing and building software.
A fast, self-learner with solid research skills and the ability to quickly grasp and abstract complex technical concepts.
Proven ability to deeply understand highly complex systems and algorithms.
Firm grasp of ways to develop and manage product marketing campaigns with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytics and data driven, preferably with experience with product and marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot analytics, Mixpanel, etc.
A team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent and fluent / Native English is a must.
Mission-oriented and self-motivated.
Experience working in leading roles in a B2B tech company. Experience with B2D (Developers) is a big advantage.
