The IL Strategic Operational Lead will essentially be the Chief of Staff and the right-hand to the VP GM company IL.
He/She will be immersed in strategic and operational analysis and take a lead role in driving large projects within the business, optimizing the region's efficiency, and ensuring strategy alignment.
He/She must be adept at compiling information and reports for the VP GM, enabling him to quickly understand where the business is and its issues.
This position will be expected to give opinions on such findings and proactively design and implement action and project plans.
The IL Strategic Operational Lead will understand how the leadership team operates and how important decisions are made.
He/She will facilitate the implementation of a matrix work stream between IL LT to the different functions.
The position will be responsible for executive meetings, VP GM presentations internally and externally, partner analysis and intra-cross region projects.
He/She will also have active critical role to maintain the organizational growth and regional expansion and operational efficiency.
The IL Strategic Operational Lead is a member of the company Israel leadership team.
Responsibilities:
* Understanding the nature of each functional area of the company (IL), including Commercial, Medical, HR, and Market Access.
* Pivotal role in the regional expansion (Russia, PA) processes (Legal, Finance, Compliance, Tech-Ops, etc).
* Coordinating the work stream with big partners by analyzing, consolidating, and aligning activities and tasks, ensuring flawless unity in the preparation and execution of the commercial and functions involved.
* Analyzing and optimizing partners workload, including GM, EBIT, labor, future pipeline, and partners expectations.
* Forming, tracking, and analyzing IL LT targets and KPIs quarterly.
* Attend business meetings with the VP GM, provide action items and executive minutes, and track and manage the completion of deliverables.
* Structuring operations load, conducting efficiency tests, and allocating resources effectively.
* Leveraging and developing global assignments for talents.
* Leading and consolidating QBRs, budget processes, and brand plan reviews.
* Streamlining management tasks and ensuring alignment between Onco, Neuro, and Specialty departments.
* Working closely with the VP GM to identify and prepare for critical thought leadership engagements.
* Become aware of issues from an integrative, executive leadership perspective.
* Partner with Human Resources to facilitate the annual KPI setting process.
* Actively enable the efficiency of business operations from behind the scenes.
* Compose and manage correspondence dealing with issues or subject matter that are highly sensitive and confidential.
Requirements: * Advanced Degree in Law, Finance, Economics, MBA, or a similar field.
* Background in commercial operations, project management, and corporate development with at least 5 years of experience in the life sciences industry.
