As our Design Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in aligning our brand’s visual identity across all digital touchpoints, ensuring cohesion, innovation, and excellence in every creative asset. * Lead and manage the design team, providing mentorship and fostering professional growth.
* Oversee the team’s workflow, assign tasks, and ensure deadlines are met with top-notch quality.
* Ensure brand cohesion across all creative assets, including marketing materials and website designs.
* Lead the design and optimization of our website, driving seamless user experiences and conversions.
* Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to align on the brand's vision and strategy.
* Create visual concepts for digital campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
You will thrive in this role if you have…
* At least 4 years of design experience, preferably in a brand-focused, product-driven, or e-commerce company.
* Proven ability to lead and manage a team, including task prioritization and project management.
* A strong portfolio showcasing design expertise in: UX/UI, email marketing, paid media, end-to-end marketing campaigns, OOH campaigns, landing pages, and print media.
* Comprehensive expertise in website design and conversion principles.
* Advanced knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) - a must.
* A deep understanding of typography, design hierarchy, and color theory.
* Experience working with brand books and campaign guidelines for established brands.
* Excellence in creative problem-solving, with the ability to identify challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
* High proficiency in English, with excellent communication skills - a must.
* Detail-oriented, with a strong eye for design and brand alignment.
* BA in a related field.
