We’re growing fast and looking for an inspirational Account Manager to join our new Enterprise Account Management team. We’re searching for candidates who embrace challenges, are eager to learn, and are passionate about succeeding. The Artlist Account Management team was recently launched, and so in addition to a positive attitude, we’re looking for great people who are hands-on, and keen to make an impact - both when working with clients, and our leadership team, to help to build best-in-class practices. The role requires team players who create long-term, trusting relationships which both deliver value and happy clients, who will be delighted to retain and grow their business with Artlist. * Managing a portfolio of assigned accounts
* Proactively leading all client renewal and upsell activities
* Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders
* Showcase Artlist's value proposition aligned to the clients’ creative business needs

* Accountable for performance forecasts for renewals and upsells
* Maintain an accurate CRM and individual pipelines

Requirements: The ideal candidate has:
* A winning mindset, positive attitude, and likes to take ownership for business initiatives and tasks
* Ability to multitask client day-to-day activities and larger Account Management initiatives.
* Min. 1-2 years of Account Management experience dealing with renewals and upsells
* Excellent knowledge of account management practices, portfolios creation, renewal tracking - must
* Proficiency in presentation building and CRM software processes (Salesforce, Monday.com
* Ability to manage worldwide accounts (EMEA, APAC, US)
* Languages: English (native level or equivalent) - must
* Excellent communication skills - verbal and written - must
* Additional language (a big bonus!!)
* Knowledge of the creative / digital agency ecosystem (a bonus!!)
