- Build your team from ground up.

- Work with peer Managers and Sr. Managers to get alignment on charter and cross team projects.
- Argue for the right outcomes with data, conviction, and diplomacy

Required Technical Account Manager
Key job responsibilities:
Youll advise on solutions, provide technical guidance and advocate for the customer
Ensure AWS environments remain operationally healthy whilst reducing cost and complexity Develop trusting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and technical challenges Using your technical acumen and customer obsession, youll drive technical discussions regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk management
Consult with a range of partners from developers through to C-suite executives
Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services Consultants, and Sales Account Managers
With a bias for action, you'll proactively find opportunities for customers to gain additional value from AWS
Provide detailed reviews of service events, monthly & quarterly metrics, detailed pre-launch planning
Solve a variety of problems across different customers as they migrate their workloads to the cloud
Uplift customer capabilities by running workshops, brown bag sessions, etc.

You will be part of a team of applied scientists and software development engineers responsible for research, design, development and deployment of algorithms into production pipelines. As a technologist, you will also drive publications of original work in top-tier conferences in Computer Vision and Machine Learning. You will be expected to deal with ambiguity! We're looking for someone with outstanding analytical abilities and someone comfortable working with cross-functional teams and systems. You must be a self-starter and be able to learn on the go.
